Can I damage my body by doing your exercises?
If you follow our instructions and listen to your body, you are safe.
But please use your common sense.
If you have a broken leg you shouldn’t jump up and down on it – even if the workout tells you to.
And if you are 80 years old, 100 pound overweight and haven’t exercised for 50 years, please don’t start on the expert level and blame us if something breaks.
Will my muscles be sore after the work outs?
You can avoid much of the pain by warming up and stretching after your workout.
Still we can’t promise you that your muscles won’t be sore.
Do I need permanent internet access when I use your apps?
That is one of the big advantages!
We want you to be flexible and to be able to work out no matter where you are. So everything you have unlocked will be on your mobile device. The only thing you need internet for is the synchronization with the web interface and to upgrade or unlock exercises or workouts.
Sorry, but the excuse “I couldn’t work out – I didn’t have internet” just doesn’t work.
What is cross-platform fitness?
It is our aim to eliminate all excuses for not exercising.
With cross-platform we give you access to your own workouts everywhere you are. All you need is an iPhone, iPad, Android phone or tablet or any other device with internet access.
And if you are using our app, you don’t even need to have internet access since we download all workouts to your phone.
Pretty cool isn’t it? So even if you are spending your holiday in a Tibet monastery, it is no excuse for not staying fit.

Our apps are all native.
This means that we are not streaming any data. We know the problems with mobile internet and we wanted to create a trouble-free app which truly lets you workout anywhere you are – without thinking about using your data volume or having to climb on a roof and point south to get the best reception.
And nothing is more annoying than having your video stop in the middle of a workout. This does however mean that our apps are big – much bigger than our competitors! So it will take some time to download it the first time (we recommend you do this with WiFi), but when it is downloaded, you will have access to all exercises and workouts wherever you are. What do you do with my data?
First of all, we do not keep any sensitive data such as payment information on our servers.
For your security we let Paypal and other trustworthy payment networks handle all payments. This means we cannot get to your credit card details even if we wanted to – which we don’t.
We keep your data for our statistics and yours.
It is important for us in improving our services. If for example we see that 45% of our members are interested in losing weight, and only 1% in leg exercises, then we know the area on which efforts should be concentrated in the workout.
We will never ever sell your data to other companies.
